Second Round (Congressional Vote)

1: Según el Art. 90º de la Constitución, si en las elecciones generales ninguna de las fórmulas para Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República hubieran obtenido la mayoría absoluta de sufragios válidos, el Congreso deberá elegir por mayoría absoluta de votos válidos, en votación oral y nominal, entre las dos fórmulas que hubieran obtenido el mayor número de sufragios válidos. / According to Art. 90º of the Bolivian Constitution, if in the general elections none of the Presidential formulas obtains an absolute majority of valid votes, Congress will have to decide by absolute majority of valid votes, between the two formulas that had obtained the highest number of valid votes.

2: Los votos nulos eran en favor de Manfred Reyes Villa, el candidato de Nueva Fuerza Republicana, quien ganó el tercer lugar en la primera vuelta electoral. / The null votes were cast in favor of Manfred Reyes Villa, the candidate from the NFR, who came in third in the first round of voting.
