Election System			178 are elected through closed list proportional representation in each of the 31 provinces and federal district.
			5 are elected in single national district through vote acumulation, preferably from parties, aliances or coalitions that have not obtained seats and have obtained at least 1% of the casted valid votes.
			7 are elected by Dominicans living abroad
