in 87 electoral districts. Of these 87 electoral districts,
68 elect one deputy, 15 elect two deputies, and 4 elect

52 deputies are elected through closed
list. In states electing two deputies, a list must receive
twice the number of votes received by the second-most voted
list in order to win both seats. If this does not occur,
the first and second highest voted lists each win one seat.
In states electing three deputies, the D'Hondt method is
used.

Indigenous peoples. They are elected by plurality of votes
in nominal lists.
